Somebody Needs to Speak Up

We’ve had 3-4 days of storm coverage. We all are concerned for the Northeast, but there is not much the other three quarters of the country can do about it. Obama will get a day or two to play hero. Ultimately, though, the hard work will fall to governors, electricians, road repair and insurance men. And it will take time.

Now it’s time to get back to the election. It’s time to go back to talking about what happened in Benghazi. That event really impacts 100% of Americans, not just a few. If we have leadership that doesn’t care about its people, we need to know. We need to know how our government – State Department, CIA, Defense and the Obama administration – are operating.

Newt Gingrich hinted that there is a lot more out there:

If the networks have emails showing that the administration commanded counterterroism to stand down, somebody better start blabbing.

There are others who say there is an audio tape out there with our guys asking for help repeatedly. If so, those people better speak up, too.

Gingrich also hinted that

The other big story, I think, that is going to break is on corruption and extraordinary waste in the solar power grants and direct involvement by the Obama White House, including the president, in the solar panel grants involving billions of dollars, and I suspect that’s going to break Wednesday and Thursday of this week.”

If the press ever wants to have any reputation left, they will find these things out and tell us before the election.

I’m not holding my breath, however.
