An Infamous Day

If anyone had a doubt about Barack Hussein Obama’s character, it was chillingly exposed yesterday.

When asked by Pastor Rick Warren at what point “a baby gets human rights” in the ’08 presidential campaign, Obama said, “Whether you’re looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity . . . is above my pay grade.” Many people let that slide.

When Obama told an audience he didn’t want his daughters “punished with a baby,” Americans still gave him a pass.

Even though as a state senator, President Obama did not vote on a bill to save the life of a baby aborted but still alive, his followers shrugged it off.

But yesterday when he became the first president to address Planned Parenthood, he made it undeniably clear that he is for abortion anywhere, anytime. He did this just as the trial of abortionist Kermit Gosnell is displaying the most gruesome stories of snipping living babies’ necks and collecting their feet in jars. In other words, at its most grizzly and heinous, our president showed he has no tolerance for pro life people. He is rubbing it in.

Obama asserted that “an assault on women’s rights” is happening in the country, with bills in more than 40 state legislatures to limit or ban abortion or restrict access to birth control.

He said, “The fact is, after decades of progress, there’s still those who want to turn back the clock to policies more suited to the 1950s than the 21st century,” he said. “And they’ve been involved in an orchestrated and historic effort to roll back basic rights when it comes to women’s health.”

Then he assured them he is with them 100%: “You’ve also got a president who’s going to be right there with you, fighting every step of the way,” Obama said.

Then he closed with this:

With that “God bless you” line he was slapping the faces of every American who is pro life and every religion that holds life sacred.

While we don’t seem able to hold him accountable in our country, God certainly will.
