Tea Party Convention Moves

The Memphis Tea Party had announced that the national group would hold a convention in Memphis in April. The date has been changed to September 8-10. The theme is still “Liberty Through Accountability.”

Skoda Show Expands

If you like listening to Memphis Tea Party Chairman Mark Skoda on KWAM (990), you will be happy to know that soon there will be more  of him.

Memphian on Glenn Beck

Mark Skoda, Chairman of the Memphis Tea Party, will appear on Glenn Beck’s 4 p.m. show Friday.

The discussion will include a panel of Tea Party patriots, representatives from Freedom Works and the 9/12 Project.

I hope he will get a chance to mention Charlotte Bergmann, who is running for Congress from the 9th district.

Listen up!

Memphis  Tea Party group will have a radio show every Saturday night from 6 to 7. You can listen to it on KWAM 990 or stream it from their website. I’m sure they’ll have plenty to talk about.

Steven Cohen is coming, Steve Cohen is coming!

And the Memphis Tea Party goers are planning to be there. It will be interesting to see how he responds to some questions on health reform or if he takes any at all.
